Fathom
Fathom is the newest brand in the Carnival Corporation & plc family. They offer cruises that combine their guests' love of travel with their desire to make a difference. Fathom is offering separate round-trip voyages from Miami to two of the Caribbean's most desired destinations: the Dominican Republic and Cuba.
Every Fathom journey is based on their sincere belief that the person-to-person connection is among the strongest catalysts for transformation. What sets Fathom apart is the long-term, systematic partnership approach with its partner countries paired with the unique business model that allows for sustained impact and lasting development.
Guests that take part in a Dominican Republic voyage have the opportunity to work side by side with local residents in existing programs that focus on improving the lives of children, families and communities. Those that choose a Cuba voyage will participate in an ongoing cultural exchange program that gives them the opportunity to interact with the Cuban people, one on one. Regardless of which itinerary you choose, you'll come home seven days later knowing that, for the people whose lives you’ve just touched, the world has become a little brighter because of you.
As part of the Carnival family, Fathom is supported by its sister brand, P&O Cruises, in bringing impact travel to life aboard the 710-passenger Adonia, the smallest ship in the P&O fleet. The Adonia is the heir to over 175 years of P&O maritime tradition. And now, in Fathom's inaugural year, it's establishing a new tradition of its own.
American Discount Cruises & Travel is proud to offer huge discounts on all Fathom cruises. Backed by our "Low Price Guarantee," and powered by our team of expert travel agents, we're sure to exceed your expectations when booking your next Fathom cruise!

Why Choose Fathom?
Impact Travel
Pioneered by Fathom, impact travel is a whole new category of travel: it’s travel with purpose. Travel that transforms lives. Sometimes including your own. Impact travel with Fathom provides the opportunity to build community with like-minded travelers, become immersed in another culture, and work alongside its people to create enduring social impact.
Cuba Cruises
While Fathom also offers unique voyages to the beautiful Dominican Republic, their Cuba cruises provide a destination that even most of the well traveled of us haven't been fortunate enough to experience yet.
Many Inclusions
Most impact activities are included in the base price of each Fathom cruise. A few activities will require an additional fee, primarily to cover the cost of supplies. Your fare also includes access to most content, programming and other on-board events. A limited number of on-board events will have an additional fee. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the ship are included, as well as lunch during your on-ground impact activities. If you're feeling adventurous, additional curated dining experiences will be available on the ship at an extra cost.
What's New for Fathom?
Being a new cruise line, everything is new for Fathom! After launching in June 2015, Fathom announced in September 2015 that they intend to visit three ports of call in Cuba: Havana, Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba. |
