Seven Seas Society
The Seven Seas Society is the past passenger loyalty program, or cruise club, of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. By booking a Regent Seven Seas cruise with us, we are able to honor all Seven Seas Society benefits that Regent offers you, plus we can give you added amenities that they won't. For example, we may be able to give you onboard credits, pre-paid gratuities, wine, and/or other amenities (based on the exact trip you book). If you'd like to take advantage of Seven Seas Society benefits you must book with us over the phone and (prior to pricing anything out) mention to the reservations agent that you are a Seven Seas Society member of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. This will ensure that you will get the best deals possible!
There are five tiers in the Seven Seas Society: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Titanium. Their system is based on how many nights you've cruised on their ships. See below for specific details about this program:
Bronze (4 to 20 nights)
• Access to Online Personal Profile
• Access to Seven Seas Society cruises, including exclusive events ashore
• Communications with advanced access to itineraries and special offers
• Personalized newsletter
• Seven Seas Society cocktail reception on board
• Seven Seas Society savings on select sailings
Silver (21 to 74 nights)
Everything from the Bronze tier, plus the following items:
• Complimentary Internet access on board
• Complimentary pressing on formal and/or informal nights (up to two items per 7-night cruise segment)
• Invitation to participate in Seven Seas Society Advisory Board (on select sailings)
• Invitations to exclusive Regent cruise events in select cities
• One hour complimentary phone time per suite
Gold (75 to 199 nights)
Everything from the Bronze and Silver tiers, plus the following items:
• Additional two hours of complimentary phone time per suite
• Choice of newspaper service from around the world
• Complimentary pressing of up to two additional items per 7-night cruise segment
• Complimentary upgrade to Regent Care Plus when standard package is purchased
• Exclusive Gold, Platinum and Titanium activity aboard or ashore on every sailing*
• Priority disembarkation at cruise completion in select ports
• Priority reservations at restaurants and spas
Platinum (200 to 399 nights)
Everything from the Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, plus the following items:
• Additional six hours of complimentary phone usage per sailing
• Complimentary air deviation services (one time per sailing)
• Complimentary laundry services
• Complimentary pressing
• Invitation to Customer Advisory Panel (on select sailings)
Titanium (400+ nights)
Everything from the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, plus the following items:
• Complimentary dry cleaning
• Complimentary private car transfers to and from your home to the pier (within a 50 mile radius) OR complimentary private car transfers from the airport to the pier and the pier to the airport on embarkation and disembarkation day
*The exclusive activities offered for Gold, Platinum and Titanium members may be combined with special events already incorporated in our longer voyages.
