Make a Payment
If you booked over the phone with us, all additional payments must be made over the phone (toll free at 1-866-214-7447). However, if you booked online with us you can securely log into your reservation and enter your new credit card number. Simply follow these instructions:
1.) Log in
2.) Click the change credit card information link
3.) Click the add a new card button
4.) Enter your new credit card information, press the submit button and then log out
5.) Contact us to let us know how much you'd like to pay and what the payment is for (i.e. your balance, travel insurance)
♦ By entering your new credit card into our system you have not yet made a payment. That is why you must complete this process by contacting us. If you decide to contact us via e-mail and do not receive a response from our customer support team within 24 hours please call them over the phone for confirmation of your payment, as that might mean that your e-mail did not go through to them. |
