Add Travel Insurance
This page is for customers that would like to add travel insurance onto their existing reservation(s). If you have not yet made a reservation, you will be able to purchase travel insurance when you make your reservation.
If you booked over the phone with one of our travel agents please give them a call and ask them to add the insurance to your reservation. If you booked online and would like to add travel insurance to your reservation log in to your booking online and follow the following instructions:
1.) After logging in, click the itineraries link.
2.) Select the trip you'd like to purchase the insurance for and click view itinerary.
3.) Click the add insurance link and follow the instructions.

Pre-Existing Condition Coverage
4 The Insurer will waive the pre-existing medical
condition exclusion up to a maximum of the first $30,000 of Trip Cost per person if the following
conditions are met: 1. You purchase the plan within 21 days of making your initial trip payment; 2.
The amount of Trip Cancellation coverage purchased must equal the full cost of all prepaid nonrefundable
Trip arrangements. The cost of any subsequent arrangement(s) added to the same Trip
must be insured within 21 days of the date of payment or deposit for any subsequent Trip
arrangement(s). Failure to do so may affect the pre-existing medical condition waiver; 3. You must
be medically able to travel when you pay your plan cost.
1This Description of Coverage is not applicable to residents of all states. Residents of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Utah can obtain their state specific Description of Coverage by clicking the name of their state.
This insurance plan is not currently available to residents of Washington State. Please contact us if you're a resident of that state and would like to purchase travel insurance.
