Spring Into Savings Offer: Cruise must be booked March 20 - 31, 2015 ("Offer Period"). Offer applies to select 3-night and longer cruises departing March 2015 - April 2017 on select Caribbean, Alaska, Bermuda, Europe, Asia, Australia, Hawaii, South American, Canals and Canada itineraries. Offer excludes interior staterooms, Celebrity Xpedition, South America repositioning cruises that depart Dec 7, 2015 and March 13, 2016 and certain other sailings. Bookings that meet all of these requirements are "Qualifying Bookings."

Cruise fare savings is up to $1,000 per stateroom and varies by sail nights and category class. Savings is as follows: $100 per stateroom savings for 3-5 night cruises, $200 per stateroom savings for 6-9 night cruises, $300 per stateroom savings for cruises 10 nights or greater, and a savings of up to $1,000 per stateroom for Suites. Savings Offer applies to oceanview and higher stateroom categories at prevailing rates, and is not combinable with closed group rates.

All Inclusive Offer: In addition to the standard cruise, on qualifying itineraries, the Offer provides each of the first two guests in a Concierge Class or higher, or a standard balcony stateroom on select Europe cruises, with all three of the options described below. For all other oceanview or balcony stateroom bookings, offer provides the choice of one of these options: Classic Beverage Package, Free Gratuities, or a stateroom onboard credit ("OBC"). Guests in oceanview through balcony staterooms, where applicable, must select the same options.

Onboard Credit Offer amounts vary as follows: Concierge Class and higher, or Standard Veranda in Europe - $200 for 3-5 night sailings and $300 for 6-night and longer sailings. Standard Oceanview or Veranda for all other itineraries - $100 for 3-5 night sailings, $200 for 6-9 night sailings and $300 for 10-night and longer sailings. One OBC per stateroom. The guests' stateroom folio will be credited with an OBC; OBC has no cash value, is applicable to cruise only, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise.

Free Gratuities provides prepaid stateroom, waiter, assistant waiter and headwaiter gratuities in the amount suggested by Celebrity's guidelines, and will be applied to reservation within 10 days of booking date. The guests' stateroom folio will be credited with an OBC. OBC has no cash value, is applicable to cruise only, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and expires on final night of the cruise at 10:00 pm.

Classic Beverage Package for Two option applies to two guests per stateroom and includes beer up to $6 per serving, spirits, cocktails, and frozen drinks up to $8 per serving, wine by the glass up to $9 per serving, all soda selections, fresh squeezed and bottled juices, premium coffees, teas and non-premium bottled water, and server gratuities (amount based on gratuity guidelines). Classic Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package includes all soda selections, fresh squeezed and bottled juices, premium coffees, teas and non-premium bottled water and server gratuities. Premium Beverage Package upgrade available for an additional charge. Terms of Celebrity's Alcohol Policy apply, including a minimum drinking age, which varies by itinerary. Each guest must provide date of birth at the time of booking.

Captain's Club Reduced Deposit Offer: Classic Members and higher are eligible for a 50% reduced deposit on Qualifying Bookings made more than 70 days from departure date. Reduced deposit must be paid by deposit payment required due date. When applicable, the reduced deposit amount is automatically reflected during the online booking process. Celebrity's cancellation policy applies, including but not limited to full cancellation penalty amounts. Valid membership number must be provided at time of booking.

Maximum "up to" values listed for the Free Classic Beverage Package for two and the Free Gratuities for two offers are based on select itineraries, and are based on information provided by Celebrity Cruises.
