Latitudes is the past passenger loyalty program of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). By booking an NCL cruise with us, we are able to honor all Latitudes benefits that NCL offers you, plus we can give you added amenities and/or discounts that they won't. If you'd like to take advantage of Latitudes benefits you must book with us over the phone and (prior to pricing anything out) mention to the reservations agent that you are a Latitudes member. This will ensure that you will get the best deals possible!

There are four Latitudes levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Please see below for specific details about each level.

Bronze Benefits (members with 1 to 4 completed cruises*)
● Access to Latitudes customer service desk
● Complimentary subscription to Latitudes, a quarterly members-only magazine
● Latitudes pricing on all sailings
● The added enjoyment of Polo Club benefits when sailing on Orient Lines' Marco Polo
● Special Latitudes check-in
● Latitudes ship pin
● Latitudes onboard liaison to answer your questions at sea
● Members-only cocktail parties hosted by the Captain

Silver Benefits (members with 5 to 8 completed cruises*)
Includes all benefits of Bronze membership, plus:
● Exclusive gathering
● Tasty treat delivered to your stateroom two times during your cruise

Gold Benefits (members with 9 to 13 completed cruises*)
Includes all benefits of Bronze & Silver membership, plus:
● Priority check-in
● VIP service, which includes: Welcome basket, Priority restaurant reservations, Priority tender tickets, Priority disembarkation*, Invitation to the Captain's cocktail party

Platinum Benefits (members with 14 or more completed cruises*)
Includes all benefits of Bronze, Silver, & Gold membership, plus:
● Complimentary dinner in Le Bistro

*To become a Latitudes member, you must have taken at least one full tariff cruise with NCL since 1995 when the Latitudes program began. Cruises taken while sailing on a travel agent, interline or family and friends rate as well as cruises taken using a cruise credit certificate do not count towards your Latitudes membership level. Early disembarkation is only available to U.S. citizens due to immigration restrictions and benefits vary for international guests.
