In 2011, new to the Uniworld River Cruises fleet is S.S. Antoinette, an enchanting super ship that gives off a feeling as if you have stepped into France's Château de Versailles during the late 18th century, with the character of the past blended with unusual elements creating luxurious elegance and welcoming warmth. Douro Spirit will be sailing the Portugal, Spain and the Douro River Valley, featuring scenic riverviews and French balconies, elegant restaurant, complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day, sun deck with swimming pool, and much more.
During 2010, many of Uniworld River Cruises ships were given prestigious awards. For example, the following ships were named in Condé Nast Traveler's Readers' Poll's "Top Small Cruise Ship" category: River Ambassador, River Baroness, River Countess, River Duchess, River Empress, River Queen and River Royale.
New to the Uniworld River Cruises fleet for 2009 was River Tosca, a beautiful vessel that will be sailing the historic rivers of Egypt (such as the Nile).
