Proper ID in the form of a US Uniformed Services White or Green ID Card for US military personnel, & a White N.D.21 ID Card with Red Canadian Flag displayed for Canadian National Defense personnel, must be presented at time of check-in.

2. Retired from any of the divisions listed above. "Retired" is defined as: A) enlisted personnel or officers with minimum 20 years service, B) medically retired or C) 100% disabled. Proper ID for those classified in category A or B must be a US Uniformed Red or Blue ID Card. Proper ID for those classified in cat. C is a US Uniformed Tan ID Card. 4. Spouses of actively deployed, or deceased military personnel, are eligible to book one (1) room as long as eligible spouse is occupying the room. All other guests traveling in the same room are eligible for the military rate. Spouse must present the Pink Dependent Military ID upon check-in as proof of eligibility.

How to submit verification of eligibility?
After you make a reservation with us over the phone, your travel agent will give you your Carnival confirmation number. Verification documents, as mentioned above, qualifying the guest for Military rates must be submitted within 72 hours of booking for cruises outside one week prior to sailing and 24 hours for cruises within one week prior to sailing. You must fax these documents directly to Carnival (at 305-406-6478 attn: Military Desk), as well as to our agency (our fax number will be given at the time of booking). Be sure to include your Carnival confirmation number (not our agency's invoice number).

If you don't provide the required documentation, as explained above, the cruise line will automatically either cancel or reprice your booking at their discretion (usually to the prevailing rate). If the booking is canceled, the cruise line may impose penalties. If the booking is repriced at embarkation, the resulting balance will be due to Windstar Cruises directly in order to board.
