Travel Insurance

We're committed to making every step of your trip smooth sailing, and that includes keeping you protected against both common travel problems and unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip. We offer a variety of comprehensive travel protection plans, tailored for the best value when it comes to covering your investment.

Why Buy Travel Insurance?
Ordinary health insurance may not cover you while you're in international waters or in another country. Additionally, travel insurance includes a variety of unique benefits that experienced travelers will tell you never to do without.

What May Travel Insurance Cover?
Travel Insurance
If a family member gets sick…
Travel Insurance
If you have a medical emergency…
Travel Insurance
If your baggage is lost or delayed…
Travel Insurance
If your passport is lost or stolen…
Travel Insurance
If bad weather cancels your trip…
Travel Insurance
If you lose your job…
Travel Insurance
If you miss a flight connection…
Travel Insurance
If you unexpectedly have jury duty…
Travel Insurance
If your trip is delayed…
Travel Insurance
If your business partner gets sick…

And just as every trip is unique, there is no "one-size-fits-all" insurance. Which is why the travel protection plans we offer don't just include all standard benefits like medical, dental and baggage coverage. Depending on the plan available to you (which is usually based on your residency), you may be able to customize your plan with Enhanced Coverage bundles that may include:

Travel Insurance
Pet Bundle
Travel Insurance
Medical Upgrade
Travel Insurance
Security Bundle
Travel Insurance
Cancel for Any Reason

But it's not just about preparation. When an emergency occurs, no matter how big or how small, virtually anywhere you travel, your travel insurance provider is never more than a phone call away. From finding you a last-minute hotel room if your trip is delayed, to helping you gather all the documentation you need to file a claim, 24-hour assistance means you're never traveling alone.

How Do I Add Travel Insurance?
When booking a cruise on our web site, a travel insurance quote is given automatically on the payment page (before you have to enter your payment information), if you are a US resident from a state that our travel insurance provider has coverage available for. On this page, you may also select any desired enhanced coverage bundles, if available, which will be added to your total cost.

If you have already booked online and did not purchase travel insurance at that time and would like travel insurance, it can be added by contacting us, or logging in to your reservation (via the link provided in the confirmation you were automatically e-mailed after booking online).

Those that booked their vacation over the phone can purchase a travel insurance plan by giving us a call.
