Mexico Cruises

Also known as Mexican Riviera cruises or Baja Mexico cruises, Mexico cruises are one of the most popular cruise destinations in the world. The Mexican Riviera refers to the west coast of Mexico, which is filled with popular port cities such as Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan.

Ancient ruins, entertaining mariachi bands, pristine white-sand beaches, lively bars serving fantastic drinks (including authentic Mexican margaritas), rich culture, whale watching, majestic churches and great shopping are just a glimpse at what Snorkeling in the Mexican Rivieraa Mexico cruise has to offer you. Among the popular beach and water-related activities to take part in while on a Mexico cruise are deep-sea diving and fishing, kayaking, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, snorkeling and (of course) sunbathing. In all, a Mexico cruise is an excellent vacation choice for a family, for friends, or even for singles just looking to have a nice vacation.

A major plus for those that leave in or near the U.S. west coast is that you can take a Mexico cruise from a port city near your home. For example, there are Mexico cruises from Los Angeles, Mexico cruises from Long Beach and Mexico cruises from San Diego. As far as duration goes, Mexico cruises are available in a wide range of lengths, from short 3- and 4-night Mexico cruises to 10-night and longer Mexico cruises, there's something to meet everyone's vacation desires.

American Discount Cruises & Travel is proud to offer the best deals possible on all Mexico cruises booked with us. Backed by our "Low Price Guarantee," and powered by our team of expert travel agents, we're sure to exceed your expectations when booking your next Mexico cruise!

Highlighted Mexico Cruise Attractions

The following are just a few of the many things to do while in Mexico:

Land's End

Located in Cabo San Lucas, this area has become a symbol of the Mexican Riviera. This area, located at the southernmost point of the Baja peninsula, is where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The unique rock formations Visit Land's End on a Mexico cruisethere, including the Arch of Poseidon, are a "must see" during a Mexican Riviera cruise. There are usually a nice selection of shore excursions available that include a boat ride out to this area for an up close look at this beautiful wonder of nature.

La Quebrada

This is an area of Acapulco where cliff divers perform for the public by diving off of very high cliffs into the ocean. It's a very exciting site to see, and would certainly be a shame to miss during your Mexico cruise. After watching this amazing show a great option is to go downtown to El Zocalo where you can do some shopping and dining.

El Malecon

A long walkway in Puerto Vallerta, this oceanside area is lined with beautiful statues, stores and restaurants. While on your Mexico cruise be sure to pay a visit to this area, or at least book a tour that passes through it.
