Search Help
You can select more than one option in most of the form fields. Here are explanations of the search options we get asked about the most often:
Departure Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that start in a specific port, you can specify it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that start at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if you only want to view cruises that start in either New York or Boston.
→ In the "Advanced Search"
Arrival Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that end in a specific port, you can specify it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that end at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if you only want to view cruises that end in either New York or Boston.
Ports of Call: You can the type name of one port that you would like all your search results to include. For example, if you type Barcelona all of the search results will include cruises that include Barcelona (even if it's not a starting or ending port in the itinerary). Be sure to spell the port name correctly!
Max Occupancy: Allows you to view search results that only include ships that have accommodations for a minimum amount of people per room. For example, if you select "5 and more" your search results will only include ships that have at least one room type that would accommodate at least 5 people. The pricing that displays on the search results page will be the per person pricing based on a room for two people. Proceed further in the online booking process to view the pricing for accommodations for a different occupancy.
Kid-Friendly: Shows cruises that are great choices for those traveling with children and teens. Includes ships with youth programs and/or youth-friendly public spaces. Programs and public spaces are subject to change, at the discretion of the cruise line.
→ Cruise Only vs Cruise Line Tour
If you check the Cruise Only option, you will only see results that are for a cruise vacation. If you check the Cruise Line Tour option, you will only see vacations that include a cruise + land tour package (also known as a Cruise Tour). Leave both unchecked to view results that include both vacation types.

Bermuda Cruises
The breathtaking pink-sand beaches and turquoise waters of Bermuda, a British territory located off of the U.S. east coast, draw a lot of tourists each year. In particular, Bermuda is especially popular with honeymooners and couples, as their beautiful beaches offer a romantic setting.
There are three main ports of call for Bermuda cruises. Hamilton, the capital city of Bermuda, is a great place to do some (sales tax free) shopping, golfing and site seeing. St. Georges, Bermuda's first capital, is home to a number of historic landmarks and great beaches. King's Wharf, located in Bermuda's West End, is where larger cruise ships must dock and is nearby a few beaches (including Horseshoe Bay). A ferry service is available to take cruise passengers between King's Wharf and Hamilton.
Among the many things to do in Bermuda are horseback riding, water sports, golfing, swimming with dolphins, going to the beautiful beaches, fishing, diving, snorkeling, city tours, visiting museums (which capture Bermuda's rich history) and forts, and great shopping.
Please be aware that in Bermuda vehicles are driven in the left lane of the roads, so be careful when getting around town!
American Discount Cruises & Travel is proud to offer the best deals possible on all Bermuda cruises booked with us. Backed by our "Low Price Guarantee," and powered by our team of expert travel agents, we're sure to exceed your expectations when booking your next Bermuda cruise!
Highlighted Bermuda Cruise Attractions
The following are just a few of the many things to do while in Bermuda:
Beautiful Beaches
The breathtaking white- and pink-sand beaches in Bermuda are among the most popular attractions there, and are where most Bermuda cruise passengers go while in port. Some of the more noteworthy beaches in Bermuda are Horseshoe Bay (the most popular of all the beaches in Bermuda, with beautiful pink-sand), Tobacco Bay (famous for volcanic rock formations), Elbow Beach (a great white-sand beach), Church Bay (a small beach considered great for snorkeling) and Shelly Bay (with shallow water, which is great for kids).
World-Class Golf Courses
This affluent island is home to some of the best golf courses in the world. Of the eight courses available (three of them being public courses), at least one of them is sure to fit your experience level. Combine that with the great surrounding views available at many of these courses and you really can't beat golfing while in port during your Bermuda cruise.
Great Shopping
Shopping in Bermuda is a major attraction for tourists since there's no sales tax! Front Street, located in Hamilton, is where you definitely want to be if you're looking to do some upscale shopping. At night this is also a great place to grab a drink and hang out. Bargain hunters will want to head over to the Bermuda Craft Market (located at the Royal Navy Dockyard), where you can negotiate with the vendors for a deal on a number of locally crafted items. |
