You can select more than one option in most of the form fields. Here are explanations of the search options we get asked about the most often:

Departure Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that start in a specific port, you can specify it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that start at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if you only want to view cruises that start in either New York or Boston.

Arrival Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that end in a specific port, you can specify it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that end at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if you only want to view cruises that end in either New York or Boston.

Ports of Call: You can the type name of one port that you would like all your search results to include. For example, if you type Barcelona all of the search results will include cruises that include Barcelona (even if it's not a starting or ending port in the itinerary). Be sure to spell the port name correctly!

Max Occupancy: Allows you to view search results that only include ships that have accommodations for a minimum amount of people per room. For example, if you select "5 and more" your search results will only include ships that have at least one room type that would accommodate at least 5 people. The pricing that displays on the search results page will be the per person pricing based on a room for two people. Proceed further in the online booking process to view the pricing for accommodations for a different occupancy.

Kid-Friendly: Shows cruises that are great choices for those traveling with children and teens. Includes ships with youth programs and/or youth-friendly public spaces. Programs and public spaces are subject to change, at the discretion of the cruise line.

If you check the Cruise Only option, you will only see results that are for a cruise vacation. If you check the Cruise Line Tour option, you will only see vacations that include a cruise + land tour package (also known as a Cruise Tour). Leave both unchecked to view results that include both vacation types.

Is Royal Suite Class available fleetwide?
Royal Suite Class is available only on Symphony of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas, Anthem of the Seas and select Ovation of the Seas itineraries (Alaska, Singapore and Sydney).

Which suites will include the Royal Genie experience?
All suites within the Star tier will receive the Royal Genie experience.

We're sailing in a Star tier suite. Can we request a specific Royal Genie for our cruise?
Guests will not be able to choose a preferred Royal Genie. However, guests can be assured that every Royal Genie is ready to make their vacation an unforgettable one.

For Star tier, what are the exclusive communications we'll receive when booking the Royal Suite Class Program?
In the weeks before you sail, the Royal Genies will learn your specific preferences so they may turn the most unforgettable vacation dreams into a reality:

• 6 weeks before: A Royal Genie will send you an important survey about your preferences. Based off the information provided, the Royal Genie will begin preparations to personalize your vacation accordingly.

• 2 weeks before: The Royal Genie will contact you to confirm arrival information via e-mail.

• 10 days before: The Royal Genie will invite you to download the Loop app – an exclusive Star tier messaging tool that allows fast, easy and convenient communication between you and your Royal Genie. Loop will be available from point of download until four days after your cruise.

Do all guests in a Star tier suite receive the Deluxe Beverage package?
Yes, all guests of drinking age in a Star tier suite will receive the Ultimate Beverage Package. A soda package will be granted to those guests 18 years and under.

How many devices will the complimentary Internet cover within each suite?
Each guest booked in Star or Sky tier suites will receive complimentary VOOM on one individual device of their choice.

Can we host a dinner party in our suite?
Guests are welcome to plan events and activities in their suite. The Royal Genie and Concierge can help arrange such experiences onboard but additional charges may be incurred, depending on the request.

Can we invite our friends to specialty dining under our reservation?
Complimentary specialty dining is only available for the guests within the suite. Guests are encouraged to dine with family, friends or whomever they’d like but please know that guests not sailing in the suite will be required to pay the cover charge.

What are the complimentary dining options for Suite guests?
Star tier guests receive complimentary specialty dining throughout their entire cruise as well as access to the exclusive suite restaurant, Coastal Kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sky tier guests receive access to the exclusive suite restaurant, Coastal Kitchen, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sea tier Guests receive access to the exclusive suite restaurant, Coastal Kitchen for dinner only. Please note, reservations are required for dinner at Coastal Kitchen. For Star tier guests, beverages other than the Deluxe Beverage Package are not included. For Sky and Star tier guests, beverages are not included.

Are gratuities included for all Royal Suite Class program guests?
No. Gratuities are only included for Star tier guests.

Can family members or friends not booked in a Royal Suite Class stateroom receive Star, Sky and Sea Tier benefits?
Star, Sky and Sea tier benefits are only for guests residing in the respective suites. Due to the nature of these services, they cannot be extended to friends and family members sailing on the same voyage who are not booked as Star, Sky or Sea tier guests. Royal Genie services are also exclusive for guests residing in Star Class suites and will not be extended to friend and family members sailing on the same voyage who are not booked as Star tier guests.
