The first of Celebrity Cruises' Solstice Class ships, upon its debut Celebrity Solstice brought about a totally new type of ship to the Celebrity fleet. Solstice was Celebrity's the largest and most innovative vessel yet, featuring many never-before-at-sea features while maintaining the premium style and elegance that Celebrity Cruises is so well known for.

Celebrity Solstice sails in some of the world's most popular vacation destinations. Among the options are cruises sailing round trip rom Fort Lauderdale, Florida, doing 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises (typically alternating weekly between the two itineraries). A more recent addition to Celebrity Solstice's itineraries are Australia & New Zealand cruises. The Mediterranean is an exciting option that is also available on this ship.

Among the many dining options available on a Celebrity Solstice cruise is the two-story Grand Epernay Restaurant, the ship's main dining room, as well as a variety of specialty restaurants. Among the optional specialty restaurants are Murano (featuring a blend of classic and modern continental cuisines), Silk Harvest (an Asian restaurant), Tuscan Grille (an Italian steakhouse) and Bistro on Five (serving sandwiches, soups, salads and more). There is a per person cover charge to dine at each of these premium venues. The Oceanview Café is a chic and casual buffet with great international dishes. A convenient and private option available to all guests is 24-hour room service.

There are many entertainment venues and things to do aboard Celebrity Solstice. For instance, there's a three-story main show room, a large Vegas-style casino, swimming pools, whirlpools, many bars and lounges (including Quasar, a vibrant night club), an adults-only Solarium, duty-free shopping boutiques, Internet café, art gallery, as well as extensive youth facilities (Shipmates Fun Factory for 3 to 11 year olds, and X Club, a VIP area of the ship that's just for teens).

The Lawn Club
Located atop Celebrity Solstice is a freshly manicured lawn, presented in a Country Club atmosphere. This innovative venue offers guests space to relax, enjoy a cocktail, or even take part in number of fun activities (such as Bocce, croquet and golf putting).

Fortunes Casino
