Celebrity Summit, one of Celebrity Cruises' beautiful Millennium Class cruise ships, can be found cruising from either Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne, NJ or from San Juan, Puerto Rico. When cruising from NJ, Celebrity Summit features Bermuda and Canada & New England cruises. Southern Caribbean cruises are available when this ship sails from San Juan.

Celebrity Summit emerged from drydock in March 2016, with a number of updates for the upcoming 2016 summer season. These included a new "Rooftop Terrace" venue, renovations to the ship's Penthouse and Royal Suites, and the addition of one of Celebrity's signature dining venues, Tsucan Grille, as well as a refresh of the Solarium and a contemporary, modern update for the casino.

 

As part of Celebrity's $500-million fleet-wide modernization program (dubbed the "Celebrity Revolution"), in 2019 Celebrity Summit underwent a transformative refurbishment. From adding brand new staterooms and technologically elevated design concepts across the ship to adding The Retreat, an exclusive suite class experience including The Retreat Sundeck and The Retreat Lounge, guests will find a number of changes that have truly evolved the onboard experience.


Among the many dining options available aboard Celebrity Summit is Cosmopolitan Restaurant, the ship's two-story main dining room that features a different multi-course menu on each night of the cruise. Guests are able to choose to be place in either an assigned (Traditional) or open (Celebrity Select) dining program. Also on board this ship is The Oceanview Café, a large buffet with excellent international dishes available throughout the day and evening, as well as the ship's specialty restaurants (including Qsine and Blu, and the newly added Tuscan Grille). Room service is a convenient option that's available 24-hours a day to all guests.

While on a Celebrity Summit cruise you're sure to see that there are many entertainment venues and things to do. Just to name a few of the more popular venues aboard this ship: Celebrity Theater is a three-story show lounge, featuring a live performance on each night of the cruise. The updated Fortunes Casino offers guests games such as blackjack, craps, poker, roulette and slot machines. Also on board Celebrity Summit are duty-free shopping boutiques, the large Waterfall Pool, whirlpools, the newly refreshed adults-only Solarium, a full-service spa, beauty salon and fitness center, many bars and lounges (such as Captain's Club, the Martini Bar, Champagne Bar and Rendezvous Lounge), Shipmates Fun Factory (a special area of the ship just for kids), a video arcade and an internet café.

If you'd like to truly rejuvenate yourself while on a Celebrity Summit cruise, you may end up spending some time at the ship's full-service spa. Possible treatments include massages, facials, detox wraps, acupuncture, and even YSpa treatments for teens. Also in this area of the ship is a unisex beauty salon, as well as a fitness center that offers great classes (such as yoga, cycling and Pilates).

Celebrity's Tuscan Grille
Enjoy the newest addition to Celebrity Infinity's culinary repertoire: an Italian steakhouse with a nouveau twist. Tuscan Grille takes the traditional style and artisanal flair of Italy, adds contemporary influences, and serves the cuisine in abundance. There is a per person cover charge to dine at this optional venue.

Qsine
Aside from the wonderful dining options that are included in the price of a Celebrity Summit cruise, this is one of the ship's optional specialty restaurants. Qsine is a one-of-a-kind venue, with artfully presented food and a menu that's creatively presented on an iPad. There is a per person cover charge to dine at this venue.

Blu
This specialty restaurant is exclusively for AquaClass guests aboard Celebrity Summit. Blu features a lighter take on favorite dishes, with fresh, crisp flavors served in a sophisticated atmosphere. This venue is open for breakfast and dinner.

Celebrity iLoungeSM
This is Celebrity's version of a Internet café, and is the first Authorized Apple® Reseller at Sea. Workstations feature MacBook Pro® laptops and iMac® desktops where you can take a class, check your e-mail, surf the web or print a boarding pass for your flight home.
