L'Austral has 2 restaurants: The Gastronomic Restaurant and the Grill Restaurant. The Gastronomic Restaurant is located on the Pondichery deck, serving a combination of French and international cuisine, along with fine wine. The Grill Restaurant is located on the Mahe deck, serving a buffet lunch and themed dinner.
