Some of the venues you'll be able to enjoy while on your cruise are the main dining rooms, two specialty restaurants (Sabatini's Italian Restaurant and Crown Grill, which serves great steak and seafood), the Horizon Court (a buffet that's open 24-hours a day), Prego Pizzeria, Trident Grill (featuring hamburgers and hot dogs), Sundaes Ice Cream Bar, a patisserie, as well as 24-hour room service.

During a winter 2011 refurbishment to Sapphire Princess, the ship received a variety of upgrades. Among the enhancements was the conversion of the deck 5 atrium into The Piazza, as well as the addition of Crown Grill, a few Window Suites, Movies Under the Stars, The Sanctuary, and upgrades to the ship's casino and Horizon Court.

During each evening, a wide range of performances take place at the beautiful two-level theater aboard Sapphire Princess. Examples of these performances are Broadway-style production shows, comedians, musicians, magicians, game shows, dancers and singers.

Lotus Spa
If rest and relaxation is one of your vacation goals, you should certainly consider enjoying this Asian-themed spa while on your Sapphire Princess cruise. The Sanctuary
In 2011, Princess Cruises added this popular adults-only area to Sapphire Princess. This private getaway gives those sailing aboard this ship a great place to relax and induge, with plush seating, massage cabanas, signature beverages, light meals, attentive service, and soothing personal entertainment. To make room for the Sanctuary, the sports court on Sapphire Princess was relocated to a new space on top of Skywalkers nightclub. This new area high atop the ship also offers extra lounge chairs and dramatic ocean views.

Specialty Dining
There are a couple of optional specialty restaurants on board Sapphire Princess, Sabatini's and Sterling Steakhouse. Sabatini's features a fantastic multi-course Italian menu, while Sterling Steakhouse offers top-quality cuts of meat, as well as fantastic seafood. Both of these venues take Princess dining to an even higher level, but each does have a per person cover charge.
