Search Help
You can select more than one option in most of the form fields. Here are explanations of the search options we get asked about the most often:
Departure Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that start in a specific port, you can specify it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that start at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if you only want to view cruises that start in either New York or Boston.
→ In the "Advanced Search"
Arrival Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that end in a specific port, you can specify it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that end at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if you only want to view cruises that end in either New York or Boston.
Ports of Call: You can the type name of one port that you would like all your search results to include. For example, if you type Barcelona all of the search results will include cruises that include Barcelona (even if it's not a starting or ending port in the itinerary). Be sure to spell the port name correctly!
Max Occupancy: Allows you to view search results that only include ships that have accommodations for a minimum amount of people per room. For example, if you select "5 and more" your search results will only include ships that have at least one room type that would accommodate at least 5 people. The pricing that displays on the search results page will be the per person pricing based on a room for two people. Proceed further in the online booking process to view the pricing for accommodations for a different occupancy.
Kid-Friendly: Shows cruises that are great choices for those traveling with children and teens. Includes ships with youth programs and/or youth-friendly public spaces. Programs and public spaces are subject to change, at the discretion of the cruise line.
→ Cruise Only vs Cruise Line Tour
If you check the Cruise Only option, you will only see results that are for a cruise vacation. If you check the Cruise Line Tour option, you will only see vacations that include a cruise + land tour package (also known as a Cruise Tour). Leave both unchecked to view results that include both vacation types.

Vaccinations against COVID-19 have begun in many countries, however restrictions and regulations, including re-entry to certain home countries, continue to evolve and may still change on short notice.
We will review the status of each river cruise approximately 45 days before departure and reach out to travel advisors with clients booked to re-confirm arrangements and ensure that the online pre-cruise health questionnaire reflects the most up-to-date information on travel regulations.

Azamara
|
LAST UPDATED: 7/1/2021
As the world continues to confront the many challenges resulting from COVID-19, our primary goal continues to be a healthy return to service for our guests, crew and the communities we visit. While we do see cruising is slowly starting up again, there is still uncertainty surrounding the resumption of cruise operations globally.
We’ve made the difficult decision to replace many sailings between September 2021 – May 2022 due to the ongoing complexities of cruise operations in Latin America and Australia. In addition, the conditions in certain parts of the Middle East and Western Africa are not conducive to cruise operations leaving us no choice but to cancel Azamara Pursuit voyages until January 2022. We’re truly sorry for this inconvenience and are grateful for you and your clients patience through this pandemic.
We’re excited to resume sailing again starting with Azamara Quest in Greece as planned starting August 28th, 2021. Shortly after Azamara Quest completes her Mediterranean season, she will head to the Caribbean as scheduled for her three back-to-back Caribbean sailings, followed by a new selection of 2022 Caribbean sailings. The Azamara Journey will begin her Mediterranean season on October 13, 2021, as expected and will remain there through the Winter with a new selection of sailings to the Canary Islands, Greece and more. We are still finalizing these new itineraries, but we expect them to be available for sale in the coming weeks.
We’re counting down the days until we resume sailing this summer and remain optimistic that with each day that passes, we’re another day closer to less uncertainty and more explorations. Through our Explore Well at Sea program, we have developed advanced screening protocols, more rigorous sanitation measures, and innovative medical services — to ensure a care-free Azamara experience.
The below sailings have been cancelled:
COMPENSATION OPTIONS
Guests will have three compensation options to choose from:
1. 125% Future Cruise Credit to book a new cruise by April 30, 2022 and departing on or before September 30, 2022.
This amount will be based on total cruise fare paid. Future Cruise Credit will automatically be issued via email. If you have purchased pre- or post-land packages through Azamara, you will also receive compensation in the same form as your cruise fare. If you opted into the Cruise with Confidence 100% Future Cruise Credit for this sailing, you do not qualify for this offer.
2. Lift and Shift: Or, you can keep the cruise vacation plans to the same destination and move the exisiting booking to a 2022 sailings within four weeks of the originally scheduled sailing.
Please contact your travel advisor to move your reservation.
3. 100% Refund: Or, you have until July 21, 2021 – to request a refund and deactivate the Future Cruise Credit certificate.
You can expect to receive your refund 45 days after you submit your request.
GLOBAL SUSPENSION REFUND DELAY
As we went into our global suspension of sailings, we initially estimated that refunds would take 30 days. Unfortunately, due to an unprecedented volume of refunds and credits, we are delayed. We’ve worked diligently to resolve most of the volume issues and are working around the clock to address the backlog to get you your refund, as quickly as possible. Currently, some refunds are taking up to 45 days from the date requested. Please know that each and every request is receiving the same level of care and dedication. And rest assured, your refund will be honored, and it is coming – it’s just taking a little longer than expected and we’re very sorry about that. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Azamara's Cruise with Confidence Program
Now more than ever, you’re dreaming about your next voyage to the world'’'s most amazing destinations. To provide peace of mind while you plan, we’ve enhanced our Cruise with Confidence program to give you the flexibility to change any sailing you book by July 31, 2021.
Best Price Guarantee
You’ll always get the best possible price—even after you book. If the fare on your booked sailing lowers or a better promotion is offered, contact us and we’ll honor that better price right up to 48 hours before you sail.
Future Cruise Credit
We know things can change. You have up to 48 hours before you sail to cancel and receive 100% of the amount paid in a Future Cruise Credit to use for a new or existing Azamara booking departing on or before 30 September 2022. The credit must be applied toward the cruise fare by 30 April 2022.
By having the flexibility to change your cruise experience, we hope you’ll feel confident in planning a vacation during these uncertain, unprecedented times. It’s your world to explore—now it’s your choice. |

Azamara’s “Cruise with Confidence” program provides individual guests and guests in non-contracted groups who booked a cruise on or before July 31, 2021, on sailings between June 12, 2020 and April 30, 2022 with the option to either: (i) cancel their cruise reservation up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date and elect to receive a Future Cruise Credit under the Cruise with Confidence program (a “CWC FCC”) equal to the amount of the cruise fare the guest paid to Azamara for their cruise, or (ii) opt in for our Cruise with Confidence “best price guarantee” on their current sailing up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date. If the guest cancels an eligible booking before the 48-hour cut-off and elects to receive a CWC FCC:
(a) before the final payment due date of the booking (the“Final Payment due date”), if the guest paid a non-refundable deposit (“NRD”) to Azamara on the booking, the guest will receive an FCC equal to the amount of the NRD paid. Azamara will refund any other payments it received toward the guest’s cruise fare.
(b) after the Final Payment due date, the guest will receive a CWC FCC equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to Azamara.
“Vacation start date” means the date of the earlier of: (i) the scheduled embarkation of the cruise; or (ii) any pre-cruise hotel stay or Cruisetour package associated with the cruise and booked through Azamara.
“Cruise with Confidence” is a voluntary program designed to provide guests with different options and additional flexibility when booking a cruise. If a guest does not opt-in to receive a CWC FCC, the cancellation policy tied to the guest’s reservation at booking will continue to apply. However, if a guest opts-in to receive a CWC FCC at a time when the booking is subject to cancellation charges that would otherwise have been less than 100% of total cruise fare, by opting in to receive a CWC FCC, the guest agrees to become immediately subject to cancellation charges equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to Azamara. By requesting a CWC FCC, the guest has cancelled his or her reservation and waives any right to receive any refund of the cruise fare paid, even if the sailing is later canceled (note: depending on when the guest cancelled, an exception may apply for cancelled cruises originally scheduled to embark between November 1, 2020 and May 31, 2021). If a guest elects to receive a CWC FCC, or otherwise cancels his or her reservation, cancellation charges incurred by the guest on the reservation will not be waived or refunded for any reason, except as otherwise provided herein or required by applicable law.
The Future Cruise Credit offered under the “Cruise with Confidence” program is available only to bookings for named guests for which cruise fare deposits have been paid. The CWC FCC is non-transferrable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The CWC FCC’s value may be applied on or before April 30, 2022 only toward the cruise fare due on a new booking or to satisfy the remaining cruise fare balance due for an existing booking, with Azamara, for a sailing scheduled to depart on or before September 30, 2022. If not used on or before April 30, 2022, the CWC FCC will automatically expire and have no value. The CWC FCCs cannot be used to obtain a refund. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of the request. Restrictions may apply on stateroom category and applicable pricing and promotions. Guest will remain responsible for paying the applicable deposit amounts, the difference in the cruise fare on the booking if it exceeds the value of the CWC FCC, taxes/fees, port expenses and gratuities (if applicable) for the booking.
If the CWC “best price guarantee” results in a decrease in the guest’s cruise fare after the Final Payment due date, then the difference will be provided to guests in the form of a non-refundable onboard credit for use on the guest’s cruise. If the CWC “best price guarantee” results in a decrease in the guest’s cruise fare before the Final Payment due date, the difference will be provided in a rate adjustment. The CWC “best price guarantee” does not apply, and any rate adjustment or onboard credit will be adjusted accordingly or forfeited, if the guest: (i) changes the ship or sail date; (ii) does not qualify for the promotional fare; or (iii) books at a reduced single supplement rate and later converts to double occupancy by adding a second guest. If the guest booked under a combined cruise with promotional air offer, the CWC best price guarantee applies only to other combined cruise with promotional air offers made by Azamara.
Azamara’s “Cruise with Confidence” program is not available to bookings made after May 31, 2021. Program is not available to guests booked on chartered sailings or in contracted groups and CWC FCCs may not be used on the same. Azamara reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice or liability. Offer can be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. |

Celebrity Cruises
|
LAST UPDATED: 03/28/2022
Celebrity Cruises has announced that its Cruise with Confidence program is set to expire March 31, 2022. The Cruise with Confidence program allows guests to cancel their sailing for any reason, within 48 hours of sailing, in exchange for a 125% Future Cruise Credit (FCC) or 100% refund. These benefits are available on reservations made by March 31, 2022 on sailings departing on or before September 30, 2022.
Celebrity Cruises has announced that it is extending the suspension of some sailings, including all sailings from the United States until June 30, while continuing its measured return to service with more sailings scheduled from different regions around the world.
While we continue to work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States and government authorities around the world, we have made the following adjustments to upcoming 2021 itineraries:
• Suspending sailings through June 30
• Excluding all ships which have recently announced many new homeports around the globe
We apologize for the inconvenience this causes as we value our guests' vacation time and want to ensure you have the best experience possible on a Celebrity cruise. At this time, we would like to offer our guests the opportunity to be re-accommodated on another Celebrity Cruise vacation or to receive a 125% Future Cruise Credit (FCC) or a 100% Refund.
The Government of Canada has recently announced continued port closures for all cruise ships through February 28, 2022. In order to comply with these closures, Celebrity Cruises has placed all sailings with an embarkation or port of call in Canada, on hold while we explore itinerary options. While this news is certainly disappointing, we certainly respect their decision and appreciate that they have their own set of COVID-19 circumstances to manage. As we work on potential alternatives, we hope that guests will keep their existing vacation reservation with us. However, any guests who desire to adjust their booking will be provided the option to be re-accommodated on another Celebrity Cruises vacation in 2022, or they may cancel for a 125% Future Cruise Credit (FCC) or a 100% Refund. While we are exploring alternatives, for guests who choose to maintain their booking, reservations approaching their final payment due dates Hwill be adjusted to 45 days prior to departure. We will continue to work with health and transportation officials around the world, and focus on what we can do to support our guests, the people who rely on the tourism industry and the regions in which we operate.
If your booking has been impacted by the above suspensions, please contact your Travel Agent in order to review the best options available for your reservation.

- For cancelation outside of penalty, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Nonrefundable Deposit Bookings: If canceled outside of penalty, the full deposit amount will be returned (without penalty) in the form of an FCC. If canceled within any phase of penalty, the cruise fare including full deposit (without penalty) will be issued as an FCC.

Celebrity Cruises’ “Cruise with Confidence” program provides individual guests and guests in non-contracted groups who booked a cruise on or before December 17, 2021 through March 31, 2022, on sailings between June 12, 2020 and September 30, 2022 with the option to either: (i) cancel their cruise reservation up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date and elect to receive a Future Cruise Credit under the Cruise with Confidence program (a “CWC FCC”) equal to the amount of the cruise fare the guest paid to Celebrity for their cruise, or (ii) opt in for our Cruise with Confidence “best price guarantee” on their current sailing up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date. If the guest cancels an eligible booking before the 48-hour cut-off and elects to receive a CWC FCC:
(a) before the final payment due date of the booking (the “Final Payment due date”), if the guest paid a non-refundable deposit (“NRD”) to Celebrity on the booking, the guest will receive an FCC equal to the amount of the NRD paid. Celebrity will refund any other payments it received toward the guest’s cruise fare.
(b) after the Final Payment due date, the guest will receive a CWC FCC equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to Celebrity.
“Vacation start date” means the date of the earlier of: (i) the scheduled embarkation of the cruise; or (ii) any pre-cruise hotel stay or Cruisetour package associated with the cruise and booked through Celebrity.
“Cruise with Confidence” is a voluntary program designed to provide guests with different options and additional flexibility when booking a cruise. If a guest does not opt-in to receive a CWC FCC, the cancellation policy tied to the guest’s reservation at booking will continue to apply. However, if a guest opts-in to receive a CWC FCC at a time when the booking is subject to cancellation charges that would otherwise have been less than 100% of total cruise fare, by opting in to receive a CWC FCC the guest agrees to become immediately subject to cancellation charges equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to Celebrity. By requesting a CWC FCC, the guest has cancelled his or her reservation and waives any right to receive any refund of the cruise fare paid, even if the sailing is later canceled (note: depending on when the guest cancelled, an exception may apply for cancelled cruises originally scheduled to embark after October 31, 2020).
The CWC FCC’s value may be applied on or before December 31, 2022 only toward the cruise fare due on a new booking or to satisfy the remaining cruise fare balance due for an existing booking, with Celebrity. In most markets, the CWC FCC may be applied only to a sailing scheduled to depart on or before September 30, 2022.
If not used on or before December 31, 2022 or within one year from your original sailing date, whichever is later, the CWC FCC will automatically expire and have no value.
If the guest booked under a combined cruise with promotional air offer, the CWC best price guarantee applies only to other combined cruise with promotional air offers made by Celebrity.
Celebrity’s “Cruise with Confidence” program is not available to bookings made after December 17, 2021. Program is not available to guests booked on chartered sailings or in contracted groups and CWC FCCs may not be used on the same. These program terms do not apply to Celebrity Cruises bookings made by residents of mainland China, nor to Celebrity Cruises bookings made by residents of Hong Kong. Mainland China and Hong Kong residents who booked with Celebrity Cruises should refer to the Cruise with Confidence program terms posted on https://www.celebritycruiseschina.cn and https://www.celebritycruises-hk.com, respectively.

Crystal Cruises
|
LAST UPDATED: 5/19/2021
Crystal is aware of the recent news of Canada’s decision to restrict cruise travel until February 28, 2022, which would impact Crystal Serenity’s scheduled sailings this fall. We were surprised by the length of the extension of the Government of Canada’s ‘No-Sail Order,’ and as a result our itinerary team is now working on creating exciting alternative voyages. We will update our guests and travel advisors as soon as further information is available.
Cruise Cancellations
Crystal Esprit (Yacht) Voyages Through September 26, 2021
Crystal River Cruises' Voyages Through August 28, 2021
Crystal Symphony - Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia Voyages Through December 2021
Crystal Endeavor (Expedition) Voyages Through August 2021
Like our guests, we are eagerly anticipating the day we can return to sailing the world again and welcome you back aboard. Unfortunately, the continually changing variables related to Covid-19 – including differing border restrictions, potential quarantine policies for various nationalities, and limited international airlift – continue to determine when, and where, this can happen.
We extend our deepest apologies for this situation that is beyond our control and remains a great frustration to us all. Everyone at Crystal, along with the officers and crew of our ships fleetwide, are very disappointed that we are compelled to take this action, but we will only return to cruising when it is deemed safe to do so by governing health authorities, and when international travel constraints allow.
All affected guests, and their travel advisers, were contacted directly with details of this cancellation along with their compensation and rebooking options. We encourage all affected guests to contact their travel advisor to assist them in selecting the future voyage/s of their choice.

Future Cruise Credit may be applied to guests’ profile within 30 days. New deposit, final payment and Crystal cancellation policies do not apply to guests under charters and contracted groups. Please contact your charter or group agent for more details. *Waived penalties only applicable to 2021 bookings if canceled 60 days prior to first date of service. Program offers a limited-time reduced deposit of 15% and waives the standard per person administration fee for a full deposit refund when booking is cancelled prior to published cancellation/final payment schedules. The limited-time no money down until April 5, 2021 is subject to change. These temporary policies may change occasionally as conditions and events evolve. All offers may not be combinable with other promotions, are capacity-controlled and subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. Cunard Line
|
LAST UPDATED: 6/16/2021
As we prepare to welcome UK guests on board Queen Elizabeth for a series of UK voyages this summer, the path for a return to international cruising is less clear. As a result of continuing global travel restrictions, we have had to once again review our international sailing plans. Unfortunately, we need to make further changes to our published schedule across our fleet. You can find the details for all of the changes on these pages, but rest assured we will be contacting all impacted guests regarding their options.
Changes to Queen Elizabeth's itineraries.
All voyages after October 18, 2021 and on or before March 9, 2022 are now canceled and will be replaced with new voyages.
Queen Elizabeth’s Summer at Sea voyages for UK guests will be sailing as planned this summer and we are really excited to be able to welcome guests back on board at long last.
Following these UK staycation voyages, Queen Elizabeth was due to sail from the UK to spend a season in Australia. However with the current forecasts for the lifting of restrictions in Australia, this will not be feasible and therefore all Queen Elizabeth’s intended voyages sailing on or after October 18, 2021 and on or before March 9, 2022 are now canceled.
Instead, she will continue to sail a little closer to the UK, including voyages to the Iberian Coast and the Canary Islands. She will also be taking over some of Queen Victoria’s planned itineraries. These voyages will be available to book in July.
Changes to Queen Mary 2's itineraries.
Queen Mary 2’s 2022 World Voyage from January 3 to April 24 is unfortunately now canceled and will be replaced with new voyages.
Due to the number of affected international ports of call, and when restrictions in each will be lifted, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to deliver a true Cunard World Voyage experience. Therefore, her planned 2022 World Voyage sailing from January 3 to April 24 is unfortunately now canceled.
In place of her World Voyage, Queen Mary 2 will instead sail a series of three roundtrip voyages from Southampton to the Caribbean – one will sail via the Canary Islands and two will sail via New York - as well as three short cruise breaks. These voyages will be available to book in July.
Queen Mary 2’s published schedule of Transatlantic Crossings and Caribbean sailings on or after November 14, 2021 are to go ahead as planned.
Changes to Queen Victoria's itineraries.
All voyages between September 10 and April 29, 2022 are canceled. Five of these canceled voyages will transfer to Queen Elizabeth (V126, V128, V129, V130 and V201).
The number of affected international ports of call in Queen Victoria’s 2022 World Voyage, and when restrictions in each will be lifted, means it is highly unlikely that we will be able to deliver a true Cunard World Voyage experience. Therefore, her scheduled World Voyage and associated itineraries between January 10 and April 29, 2022 have been canceled.
Due to this, and the practicalities involved in returning the full Cunard fleet to service this year, we have taken the decision to cancel Queen Victoria’s current scheduled 2021 voyages and a number of her voyages in 2022. Queen Victoria will remain out of service until late April 2022.
However, with her sister ship Queen Elizabeth resuming sailing in July this year, she will now adopt five of Queen Victoria’s 2021 itineraries. These voyages are:
- V126 - The Canary Islands and Madeira, departing Southampton on Nov 1
- V128 – Bruges and Rotterdam, departing Southampton on Nov 27
- V129 - The Canary Islands, departing Southampton on Dec 1
- V130 – Atlantic Coast Adventure, departing Southampton on Dec 13
- V201 - Canary Islands Celebration departing Southampton on Dec 23
As Queen Elizabeth is the same class ship to Queen Victoria, with the same venues and layout, guests will have their booking transferred to the same stateroom grade or suite as originally selected. This transfer will happen automatically in the coming weeks and there is no need to contact us. In a small number of instances, we may not be able to transfer non-UK guest bookings over and in cases like these we or one of our travel advisor partners will be in contact with these guests shortly.
A new booking reference will be sent to all guests in due course.
Any pre-voyage purchases made for these voyages will be refunded to the credit or debit card used to pay.
Finally, we will be releasing a new series of Queen Victoria voyages to Western Europe, the Baltics and the Iberian Coast, sailing between April 23, 2022 and May 20, 2022. These voyages will be available to book in July.
All voyages scheduled to sail after May 20, 2022 remain unaffected.
In this uncertain environment, we understand that you may appreciate some added flexibility.
Canceling voyages due to sail on or before December 31, 2021.
If you are booked on a Cunard voyage sailing on or before December 31, 2021 and wish to cancel, Cunard will levy a cancelation charge as a percentage of the fare paid in accordance with the following scales:
If you are booked on a Cunard voyage sailing on or before January 1, 2022 and wish to cancel, the standard cancelation policy applies.
If your booking has been impacted by the above suspensions, please contact your Travel Advisor to review the best available options for your reservation.

Norwegian Cruise Line
|
LAST UPDATED: 8/18/2021
To ensure that guests can cruise with ultimate freedom and confidence, as part of NCL's Sail Safe™ health and safety program, the following protocol has been implemnted:
All guests sailing aboard cruises with embarkation dates through December 31, 2021, are required to be fully vaccinated, at least 2 weeks prior to departure, in order to board.1
Guests who are not old enough to be vaccinated or otherwise not eligible to be vaccinated will not be allowed on these sailings. Norwegian Cruise Line looks forward to the day when they can safely welcome these guests back onboard their ships, when the public health environment allows them to modify their protocols accordingly.
Guest must acknowledge vaccination status prior to their sailing and bring proof of vaccination to the terminal for their cruise.2
In support of a gradual return to service approach, we have suspended a select number of sailings across the fleet as follows:
Additional Suspended Sailings
- Ship - Suspended Through
- Pride of America - November 20, 2021
- Norwegian Dawn - November 21, 2021
- Norwegian Joy - November 13, 2021
- Norwegian Sky - January 21, 2022
- Norwegian Star - January 2, 2022
- Norwegian Spirit - January 28, 2022
Guests who had an active reservation on a suspended cruise will automatically receive a refund of their cruise fare in the original form of payment for the amount paid by August 18th, 2021.
Additionally, a 10% off coupon will be automatically added to the guest's account, if the guest has not already received one for a previously cancelled sailing or an account that currently has a 10% coupon.
For affected reservations paid via a previously issued Future Cruise Credit, the full value of the FCC used will be re-applied to the guest’s Latitudes account within 7 days. This is done automatically, and no further action is required on the guest or travel advisor’s part.
Norwegian Cruise Line Peace of Mind Policy
Enjoy Peace of Mind when you book with Norwegian Cruise Line. Change of plans? No problem. Want to use your Future Cruise Credit next year? Or even the year after? Sure thing. Whenever you’re ready, we’ll be ready to welcome you back on board.
Any guest whose reservation was cancelled under Peace of Mind from January 1, 2021 forward, will have one year from issue date to redeem their future cruise credit. Peace of Mind FCCs issued prior to December 31, 2020, must be redeemed by December 31, 2021. All Peace of Mind FCCs are valid for sailings departing on or before December 31, 2022.
To provide additional peace of mind and flexibility to those guests who are planning and booking their bucket-list cruise vacations we will be extending our Peace of Mind policy for new and existing bookings for any voyage with an embarkation date through and including October 31, 2021. With Peace of Mind guests are free to cancel anytime up to 15 days in advance of embarkation.
Cancel Up to 15 Days Prior
For cruises through October 2021, cancel 15 days prior to vacation start for a full Future Cruise Credit.
100% Future Cruise Credit
Enjoy the flexibility to use your 100% Future Cruise Credit for sailings through December 2022.
Book Risk-Free
For all cruises through October 31, 2021, you can cancel up to 2 months before your sailing and receive a full refund under our modified cancellation policy. Additionally, for all cruises departing through March 31, 2022, cancel up to 61 days prior for a full refund.
The safety and well-being of guests and team members are Norwegian Cruise Line’s number one priority. The company has a Chief Medical Officer on staff as well as dozens of medical professionals throughout its fleet, and it continues to consult with The World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to make the best decisions possible and take appropriate action as needed.
Norwegian Cruise Line is very proud of the protocols and preventative measures it has in place to address concerns regarding COVID-19. In addition to extensive cleaning and disinfection protocols on board all voyages and health screenings of passengers and crew members, the Company has been denying boarding to guests who have traveled from, visited or transited via high-risk areas; and it has modified several sailings to avoid areas of concern. 1 FCCs can be used on any sailing made by and sailed by December 31, 2022. Cruises after July 1, 2021, retain their original Final Payment date. A Future Cruise Credit is like a voucher for a vacation at a later date, the promise of another adventure at sea. FCCs will automatically be applied to your Captain’s Circle account on the bookings cancelled in this time frame. Note, FCCs will not be available instantly and may take up to 60 business days to be processed. Book with Confidence only modifies our policy within final payment — the date when balance is due. Final Payment varies by voyage length. Outside of final payment, standard policies apply.
The Book with Confidence offer ("Offer") is applicable to all Princess Cruise Lines ("Princess") cruises (excluding charter voyages) and cruisetours departing through December 31, 2021 ("Cruise") that are booked by September 30, 2021. A guest may cancel their Cruise reservation up to 30 days prior to the Cruise’s departure. No-shows at embarkation will not be deemed a Valid Cancellation. For Valid Cancellations, the guest will be entitled to a Future Cruise Credit ("FCC") for the cancellation fees as laid out in the standard cancellation policy (available on the Standard Policy for Cancellations, Refunds & Final Payment page). FCC must be used on a cruise that is made by and sails by December 31, 2022. If a guest does not use their FCC within the time period allotted, it will be forfeited in its entirety and guest will not receive any refund or compensation (including if the guest cancels the subsequent cruise). Guests eligible for the FCC will receive an FCC worth 100% of the cancellation fee amount, and shall also receive a refund to their original form of payment for the non-cancellation portion of the cruise fare and/or cruisetour fare (as applicable), all taxes, fees, port expenses, and pre-paid onboard experiences. Cruise must be fully paid to be eligible. Although Princess cannot give a specific date as to when the refund will be received, typically refunds are processed within 60 days of receipt of the refund request. FCC cannot be used to rebook original Cruise. For North American guests who have purchased Princess Vacation Protection (excluding Quebec and Puerto Rico), Princess may offset the value of the FCC against any amounts the guest collects from Princess Vacation Protection and may do so by removing FCC value from Guest’s account to avoid duplicating refunds and/or FCCs. Guest shall not be entitled to any total FCC and/or refund amount exceeding the amount paid by Guest to Princess for the Cruise. Princess reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time.

New 2021 Bookings: This offer allows your new 2021 booking to be amended for free up to 45 days prior to departure. We may also ask for evidence of your refused insurance claim. We reserve the right to refuse to allow you to transfer your booking where we are not reasonably satisfied that you are cancelling for a Covid-19 reason. Your Covid-19 reason must prevent you from safely joining your scheduled departure and will take into account current applicable UK Government, your nationality’s government and/or destination government coronavirus guidance. For the purposes of these terms a “Covid-19 reason” is either a confirmed diagnosis of Covid-19 within 30 days prior to departure or an order, via the NHS’s track & trace team, to self-isolate due to contact with a person who has, or may have, Covid-19.

Below are some options for you, including one that has been very well received by our guests, as it provides a little something extra to use when we all start cruising again!
Future Cruise Credit (Higher Value)
As a result of this change, we’re providing you with a 125% Future Cruise Credit to come back and sail with us by December 31, 2022. Please re-book using your FCC by April 30, 2022. We will automatically issue you your Future Cruise Credit (FCC) via email, so there’s nothing for you to do!
• Please know, taxes & fees and any RoyalUp upgrades will be automatically refunded. You can expect to see these in 45 days.
• If you used a Cruise with Confidence certificate on this sailing, you’ll receive a new Future Cruise Certificate for 125% of your total cruise fare value paid, including the value of your original certificate.
• Guests booked on charter sailings are not eligible for offers related to the Global Suspension or Cruise with Confidence. Please refer back to the charter client for more information.
Full Refund Option (Lower Value)
If you prefer the lower value in a full refund instead of the 125% Future Cruise Credit, we’re happy to process this for you. Given how fluid this situation is, and the opportunity to use the extra credit being offered, you may request a refund and your certificate will be deactivated. Please contact us for further details.
Lift and Shift Program
If you prefer to move your existing booking to a sailing next year – we’re happy to move you! We will price protect the original pricing and/or promotion on the same itinerary, embarkation port, length, product, and stateroom category as your original sailing within 2 weeks (before or after) of the original sail date in 2021. For example, if you are moving from a September 4th, 2021 sailing, you can move to a sailing that is the same itinerary, embarkation port, length, product, and stateroom category, and the sail date between August 21st, 2022 – September 18th, 2022.
Only sailings departing on or before April 30, 2022 can be rebooked as part of our Lift & Shift offer. Sailings departing after April 30, 2022 are unavailable as options through this offer, regardless of the original sail date (unless otherwise specified). Additional exclusions may apply and some sailings may not qualify for this offer. Complimentary Casino offers are not eligible for Lift and Shift.

Royal Caribbean International’s (“RCI”) “Cruise with Confidence” program provides individual guests and guests in non-contracted groups who booked a cruise on or before December 17, 2021, on sailings between June 12, 2020 and April 30, 2022 with the option to either: (i) cancel their cruise reservation up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date and elect to receive a Future Cruise Credit under the Cruise with Confidence program (a “CWC FCC”) equal to the amount of the cruise fare the guest paid to RCI for their cruise, or (ii) opt in for our Cruise with Confidence “best price guarantee” on their current sailing up to 48 hours prior to the vacation start date. If the guest cancels an eligible booking before the 48-hour cut-off and elects to receive a CWC FCC:
(a) before the final payment due date of the booking (the“Final Payment due date”), if the guest paid a non-refundable deposit (“NRD”) to RCI on the booking, the guest will receive an FCC equal to the amount of the NRD paid. RCI will refund any other payments it received toward the guest’s cruise fare. (b) after the Final Payment due date, the guest will receive a CWC FCC equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to RCI. “Vacation start date” means the date of the earlier of: (i) the scheduled embarkation of the cruise; or (ii) any pre-cruise hotel stay or Cruisetour package associated with the cruise and booked through RCI.
“Cruise with Confidence” is a voluntary program designed to provide guests with different options and additional flexibility when booking a cruise. If a guest does not opt-in to receive a CWC FCC, the cancellation policy tied to the guest’s reservation at booking will continue to apply. However, if a guest opts-in to receive a CWC FCC at a time when the booking is subject to cancellation charges that would otherwise have been less than 100% of total cruise fare, by opting in to receive a CWC FCC, the guest agrees to become immediately subject to cancellation charges equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid to RCI. The CWC FCC’s value may be applied on or before April 30, 2022 only toward the cruise fare due on a new booking or to satisfy the remaining cruise fare balance due for an existing booking, on RCI, for a sailing scheduled to depart on or before December 31, 2022 or one year from the originally scheduled embarkation date of the guest’s cancelled cruise reservation, whichever is later. The CWC “best price guarantee” may be applied only if RCI is currently advertising a lower, publicly available, rate for staterooms of the same category on the same sailing and, at the time of the request, those staterooms are not sold out. The CWC “best price guarantee” does not apply, and any rate adjustment or onboard credit will be adjusted accordingly or forfeited, if: (i) the guest changes the ship or sail date; (ii) the guest does not qualify for the promotional fare; (iii) the stateroom category is sold out; or (iv) the guest books at a reduced single supplement rate and later converts to double occupancy by adding a second guest. If the guest booked under a combined cruise with promotional air offer, the CWC best price guarantee applies only to other combined cruise with promotional air offers made by RCI. RCI’s “Cruise with Confidence” program is not available to bookings made after December 17, 2021. Program is not available to guests booked on chartered sailings or in contracted groups and CWC FCCs may not be used on the same. These program terms do not apply to RCI bookings made by residents of mainland China. Residents of mainland China who booked with RCI should refer to the Cruise with Confidence program terms posted on https://www.rcclchina.com.cn. RCI reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice or liability. Offer can be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
Every effort has been made to produce this info accurately; we reserve the right to correct errors. This offer may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Additional restrictions may apply; please see full Terms & Conditions for details.

Seabourn Cruise Line
|
LAST UPDATED: 6/16/2021
Seabourn, the ultra-luxury cruise line, continues to work with various government and port officials to develop plans for a full return to cruising. As a result of the current environment and travel restrictions that remain in place, the brand is updating travelers on the restart dates for the five ships currently in its fleet.
Based on these latest revisions, the Seabourn fleet restart is now planned as follows:
- Seabourn Ovation – July 3, departing from Athens, Greece to operate in the Greek Isles
- Seabourn Odyssey – July 18, departing from Bridgetown, Barbados to operate in the Southern Caribbean
- Seabourn Quest – November 7, departing from Miami to begin the Antarctica season (previously announced)
- Seabourn Sojourn – January 11, 2022, departing from Los Angeles to begin the World Cruise
- Seabourn Encore – April 17, 2022, departing from Athens, Greece
Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation will not sail in Asia, Arabia or Australia for the 2021-2022 fall or winter/spring seasons due to continuing limitations in travel throughout those regions. As such, the brand is cancelling select departures on Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation between September 1, 2021 – April 26, 2022 to align with the overall restart plan.
Following the summer season in the Greek Isles, Seabourn Ovation will now sail a selection of departures originally scheduled to operate on Seabourn Sojourn from Oct. 9 - December 21, 2021. The ship will then begin the new year by operating 12 brand-new sailings in the Caribbean/Panama Canal and Europe from January through May 2022 before resuming its originally planned deployment in the Western Mediterranean. These new Seabourn Ovation sailings will be open for booking on July 8, 2021. This will be the first time Seabourn Ovation will call on the United States.
Notice as of 3/9/21:
Seabourn, the ultra-luxury cruise line, is maintaining its optimism for the ultimate restart of travel while, in the meantime, continuing to take a practical approach in extending its current operational pause. As a result of the current environment, the brand is cancelling a series of select 2021 Europe departures.
Voyages affected include:
- Seabourn Sojourn, with departures through September 25, 2021
- Seabourn Encore, with departures through August 21, 2021
Guests with bookings affected by this announcement are being given as much notice as possible to provide them with greater clarity around their travel plans. Guests and their travel advisors will be sent specific details applicable to their booking.
Notice as of 3/9/21:
The cancellation announcement applies differently by ship. Voyages affected include:
Seabourn Sojourn, with its next scheduled departure now set for July 3, 2021.
Seabourn Encore, with its next scheduled departure now set for July 3, 2021.
Seabourn Ovation, with its next scheduled departure now set for July 3, 2021.
Seabourn Quest, with its next scheduled departure now set for November 7, 2021.
Guests with bookings affected by this announcement are being given as much notice as possible to provide them with greater clarity around their travel plans.
“Our highest priorities are compliance, environmental protection and the health, safety and well-being of our guests, crew and the people in destinations we visit,” said Josh Leibowitz, president of Seabourn. “We understand guests are eager to travel and, even though we have extended our pause in operations a bit further, we continue to prepare to welcome them back once again.”

It is designed to assist guests who, as a result of being suspected of having COVID-19 or testing positive for COVID-19, may be unable to travel to embarkation, may be denied boarding, may be quarantined on board or disembarked early.

Silversea Cruises
|
LAST UPDATED: 6/21/2021
Safeguarding the health and safety of our guests, crew and the communities we visit is our top priority. As we work with the CDC and others toward this shared goal, please see below the first sailing for each ship we are currently planning on operating if conditions allow.
While we have suspended all current voyages with your wellbeing in mind, we understand that you may be waiting to travel once again. A common trait among all those with a passion for discovery: rough waters only strengthen our yearning to explore the authentic beauty of our planet.
Silversea’s mission is to support you in traveling our beautiful world in safety, comfort and luxury. In the interest of commencing operations as soon as is safe to do so, Silversea is currently proceeding with a ‘rolling’ cancellation system, in which we are cancelling cruises only when we know that we are unable to operate them. We are therefore avoiding having to cancel cruises that have the possibility of operating. We are doing our utmost to take the best decisions during this very uncertain time and we will keep updating this page with the latest information.
Silversea’s global family looks forward to reuniting as soon as possible, with the recommencement of our ships’ itineraries around the world.
As of today’s date, this list is accurate. However, please note that the situation is constantly changing and we cannot guarantee that the voyages shown below will indeed sail on the date shown. We are monitoring the position daily and will keep this page updated.

• MO210607007 - Silver Moon will set sail on June 18, 2021

Booked guests on cancelled voyages will receive up to 110% cruise fare refund in the form of a Future Cruise Credit (FCC), which can be applied on any future cruise commencing no later than one year after the expiry date and it’s valid two years from issuance. This is an incredible value to enhance the future cruise by choosing a longer itinerary or upgrading the stateroom category.
Future Cruise Credits are transferable to family and friends, and can be used partially and applied on more than one new booking.
EXCLUSIVE VENETIAN SOCIETY CRUISE DAYS: On voyages cancelled by Silversea due to Covid-19 from March 1, 2020 onward Venetian Society members will accumulate VS days on the cancelled voyage as well as on the new booked with the FCC.^
SILVERSEA "CRUISE WITH CONFIDENCE" PROGRAMME
You will be able to cancel your cruise up to 30 days prior to departure for all voyages until 30 April 2022, without penalties when selecting a Future Cruise Credit. Applicable for all bookings made prior to 31 August 2021. World Cruise is excluded.
COVID-19 PROTECTIONS
Should authorities in your country or residence prohibit travel, or should you or a member of your travelling party test positive within 30 days prior to the cruise, you will receive 100% Future Cruise Credit or 100% refund for the total booking amount.
WHEN GUESTS CANCEL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE:
- Guests will receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit (FCC)*. The FCC is equivalent to the portion of the booking paid minus any cancellation penalties from 3rd party suppliers charged to Silversea.
- If guests opt for a cash refund* instead, our limited-time, relaxed cancellation terms will apply for 2021 voyages, while for 2022 and 2023 voyages, the standard Silversea Cancellation terms will apply.
CANCELLATION TERMS IF OPTING FOR A CASH REFUND:
- For voyages on 2022 and 2023, the standard Silversea Cancellation terms will apply.

- When a guest cancels between 60-31 days prior to their sail date, the penalty will be 50% of the booking.
- When a guest cancels 30 or less days prior to their sail date, the penalty will be 100% of the booking.
Penalty for Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets is as follows:

If you booked through a travel agency, your travel advisor will also receive a copy of the Future Cruise Credit. If you booked through a Tour Operator, please reach out to your Tour Operator agent.

- Guests will receive up to 110% Future Cruise Credit* for cruises canceled by Silversea. This is an incredible value to enhance your future cruise by upgrading your stateroom category, for example.
- Future Cruise Credits are transferable to family and friends, and can be used partially and applied on more than one new booking.
- The process is very easy. Upon cancellation of the voyage, Silversea will email the guest an alternative voyage for a future cruise date if we have the same voyage at a later date for the guest consideration; or the Future Cruise Credit, within 15 days, to the email address in the reservation. If the guest booked through a travel agency, the travel advisor will receive the Future Cruise Credit. If the guest booked through a Tour Operator, the guest will have to reach out to their Tour Operator agent.
- If guests decide to forego the Future Cruise Credit, a cash refund option is also available.^
- If guests booked Net Rates, then they will receive a 100% FCC. This applies for voyages cancelled in July 2020 forward.
EXCLUSIVE VENETIAN SOCIETY CRUISE DAYS:
On voyages cancelled by Silversea due to Covid-19 from March 1, 2020 onward Venetian Society members will accumulate VS days on the cancelled voyage as well as on the new booked with the FCC. ^^

Cruise with Confidence applies to all FIT and Group Bookings. It does not apply to Chartered & Incentive sailings. All cruises, including full World Cruise and Grand Voyage Q1 2021 In case clients booked via a Tour Operator (Net Rates), they will have first to check Tour Operator’s T&Cs. In such case that we issue an FCC for such clients, this would only be for the net cruise part of the booking. About Group bookings: Tour Conductors are NOT protected in case of cancellations.
Silversea reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice or liability. Programme and offers can be withdrawn at any time, without notice.
* FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT (FCC)
FCC has 2 years of validity from the issuing date. Any booking made using the FCC must be made prior to the expiry date above and the voyage must commence no later than one year after the expiry date. The FCC has no cash value and will be forfeited if not used prior to the expiration date.
FCC will be issued in the amount of the booking value paid. Booking value refers to the cruise fare plus any other item purchased via Silversea such as air upgrades, deviations, transfers, insurance, hotel, land tours, pre, post and tours. The FCC issued will be net of any penalties imposed to Silversea by these suppliers.
Cruises cancelled by Silversea: The FCC is computed on what has been paid on the day the cancellation is communicated by Silversea; NO additional payment will be accepted on cruises that Silversea has already announced to be cancelled.
The FCC can be applied towards land programs, hotels, air and other non-cruise components of the new booking, excluding Insurance. Ad hoc exceptions can be evaluated by Silversea.
For Net Rates, the FCC will be issued at 100% of what was paid.
The FCC can be moved voyage to voyage towards any other 2021 voyage.
If the value of this certificate is applied to a cruise fare of less than its assigned value, a new FCC for the remainder of the certificate's value will be issued subject to the same terms and conditions as stated herein. Once applied toward future cruise(s), the FCC will be rendered null and void.
The FCC will be honored in the name(s) of the Guest(s) included on the FCC, or as a one-time exception the FCC can be transferred with a notarized letter from the FCC holder, naming the friend(s)/relative(s) the Credit is being transferred to.
The FCC cannot be used for a past booking, partially paid existing bookings or a booking that has been paid in full. It must be used for new bookings only.
If guests have an FCC that was applied to the cancelled booking, this FCC will be reinstated with the previous amount used with the original expiration date, or extend the expiration date to 31 December 2021, whichever is further out. Once re-activated, it can be combined with the Cruise with Confidence FCC on the new booking. Commissions will only be protected on the originally cancelled voyage and the FCCs will not reduce the commission on the new voyage.
In case guests opt for an FCC, for cancellations of voyages sailing after 1 December 2020, they can switch it to a cash refund up until 30 April 2021. Should this happen, commission would be protected if the booking was paid in full.
FCC can be combined with current promotions, meaning the FCC can be applied towards a booking with a promotional pricing.
^^ The double Venetian Society Days promotion is only applicable to FCC offered as compensation for the cruise cancelled by Silversea. The guest will accumulate Venetian Society days of the original cancelled booking and the ones associated with the new booking. If subsequent cruises booked using the FCC from the first cancelled voyage also get cancelled, then that/those cruises DO NOT earn Venetian Society cruise days. Venetian Society cruise days are earned on the 1st cancelled cruise and on the last cruise where the original FCC is applied after that last cruise sails. It is combinable with all public fares and promotions excluding reduced rates and net deals. Only eligible for the Guests included in the original booking. If FCC is cancelled, and the guest opts for cash back instead, then the additional Venetian Society days will be removed.
Other restrictions may apply.
^ CASH REFUND
The cash refund of the booking cruise fare paid to be credited to the original method of payment could take up to 90 days but will typically be received within 30 to 45 days of guest’s request, due to exceptional workload Silversea is facing. The refund of 3rd party items purchased via Silversea such as air upgrades, air deviation fees, transfers, insurance, hotel, land tours, pre/post and overlands will be net of any penalties assessed by the suppliers.
Regarding the refund of 3rd party items purchased independently such as such as air upgrades, deviations, transfers, insurance, hotel, land tours and pre and post and overland tours; please reach out to the airline carrier, tour operator, or hotel supplier/chain directly to discuss options.
In the case of sailings cancelled by Silversea, the refund of cancellation costs of any independent air arrangements will be evaluated upon presentation of the expenses to our guest relations department. Unless the refund has already been processed, clients can change their mind and ask for the FCC at any time. On all insurance items: no refunds allowed; guest should file a claim with the insurance company first, prior to any refund/FCC given.
