Search Help
You can select more than one option in most of the form fields. Here are explanations of the search options we get asked about the most often:
Departure Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that start in a specific port, you can
specify it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that start at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if
you only want to view cruises that start in either New York or Boston.

Arrival Port: If you only want to view results for cruises that end in a specific port, you can specify
it here. You can select more than one (to see cruises that end at certain ports). For example, you can select both New York and Boston if you only
want to view cruises that end in either New York or Boston.
Ports of Call: You can the type name of one port that you would like all your search results to include. For
example, if you type Barcelona all of the search results will include cruises that include Barcelona (even if it's not a starting or ending port in
the itinerary). Be sure to spell the port name correctly!
Max Occupancy: Allows you to view search results that only include ships that have accommodations for a minimum
amount of people per room. For example, if you select "5 and more" your search results will only include ships that have at least one room
type that would accommodate at least 5 people. The pricing that displays on the search results page will be the per person pricing based on a room for
two people. Proceed further in the online booking process to view the pricing for accommodations for a different occupancy.
Kid-Friendly: Shows cruises that are great choices for those traveling with children and teens. Includes ships
with youth programs and/or youth-friendly public spaces. Programs and public spaces are subject to change, at the discretion of the cruise line.

The third ship to join Silversea Cruises' fleet of intimate and luxurious vessels, Silver Shadow introduced the world to the
second generation of Silversea cruising. This award-winning cruise ship has certainly lived up to the high standards that Silversea is so
well known for.
An all-suite cruise ship, Silver Shadow has a variety of spacious accommodations available on board. Ranging in size from 287 to
over 1,400 square feet in size, the majority of these suites have their own balcony.
Being all-inclusive, the fare of a Silver Shadow cruise includes gratuities, beverages (including soft drinks, fine wines,
champagne, spirits, bottled water and specialty coffees) and gourmet dining. Tipping is not expected or required on a
Silver Shadow cruise.
Dining is in an open seating format on board Silver Shadow. The ship's main dining room, The Restaurant, features menus with
signature dishes exclusively created for Silversea by Relais & Cháteaux. La Terrazza is a casual venue that features a
selection of Italy's best cuisine, served á la carte either indoors or al fresco on the outdoor terrace. 24-hour room service is a
convenient option that also available to all guests, as is in-suite dining (featuring a course-by-course served meal from The
Restaurant).
Some of the public spaces on board Silver Shadow are a spa, beauty salon, casino, internet café, boutiques, bars and
lounges (including Connoisseur's Corner, serving great cognacs and offering a premium selection of cigars for purchase), a library, the
Pool Deck (featuring chaise lounges, complimentary self-service laundry facilities, a swimming pool and whirlpools), as well as the Pool
Bar & Grill.

The Spa at Silversea
If relaxation of your body and mind are one of your goals, you should consider enjoying the therapies available at the spa aboard
Silver Shadow. Possible treatments include massages, body wraps and aromatherapy. There are also men's and women's steam rooms
and saunas in this area of the ship.
Show Lounge
While on a Silver Shadow cruise, guests are able to enjoy a variety of shows in the multi-tiered Show Lounge. From full-scale
production shows to cultural entertainment, there's a variety of possibilities one might be able to enjoy during their cruise. This is
also where port talks, enrichment lectures and other special events take place.
Le Champagne
Silversea Cruises features the only wine restaurant by Relais & Cháteaux at sea on
board their ships. Silver Shadow offers wonderful evenings in this venue, where you can enjoy fine wines as part of a set tasting
menu of regionally inspired dishes. There is a per guest reservation fee for those that choose to dine at this elegant venue.
Casino
Blackjack, roulette and slot machines are available in The Casino on board Silver Shadow. Guests that are 18 years or older are
welcome to test their luck! A champagne reception is available for novices that would like to learn any of the games.
