The main dining room (Vista) is two levels, and features a great multi-course menu during each evening of the cruise (as well as breakfast and lunch). Dining is available via either an assigned or open format, ensuring that guests of all preferences are happy. Also available on board ms Oosterdam is the Lido Restaurant, with a large buffet filled with a variety of tasty international choices. A convenient option that's available to all guests is 24-hour room service.

Among the many entertainment options available on board ms Oosterdam is a three-story show room, the Vista Lounge. Possible performances (occurring on each night of the cruise) include Broadway-style production shows, comedians, magicians, acrobats and even game shows. Also on board this ship is a casino, spa, fitness center, swimming pools, whirlpools, photo gallery, art gallery, and internet cafe.

Guests traveling with children and teens should be happy to learn that ms Oosterdam has dedicated youth facilities on board. Club HAL® is for 3 to 12 year olds, featuring supervised activities for kids. Teens, ages 13 to 17, can enjoy The Loft, a lounge just for teens.

Following a refurbishment in April 2016, ms Oosterdam debuted a number of Suite enhancements as part of a $300-million brand initiative. The main living area in each Suite was refreshed with a new sofa, lounge chairs, carpet, headboard and more to bring a feeling of contemporary luxury to these accommodations. Electronic upgrades feature new USB outlets added to the bed headboard, along with LED bedside lights, and fully interactive television system integrating movies on demand as well as daily programming. Suite bathrooms also received a designer makeover, featuring a new vanity area with new stone tops, modern faucets and under-mount sinks. Guests will also receive additional Suite amenities, which include superior bathrobes and slippers, binoculars for use during the voyage, an in-suite coffee and espresso machine and more!
